Founder / Board Member / Managing Director

Mr. Andjelo Cherty Mwembya has over 20 years of experience in engineering management, marketing, and business development in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Mwembya received a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  Regarded as a trailblazer in the raw mineral trading and mining industry, Mr. Mwembya has also made a name for himself in telecom/IT and real estate investment circles across many international borders.

Over the years, Mr. Mwembya has developed initiatives and opportunities aimed at increasing the quality of business in Sub-Saharan Africa markets. His expertise includes business development, customer relationship management, project management and subscriber retention. He has developed techniques for analytic and strategic decision-making process.

Dr. Onuoha J. Emerem is a Promoter and Strategic Advisor at Congo Enterprise & Infrastructure Development Inc (CEIDI), a Texas-based Corporation which aims to be a promoter for real estate acquisition, planning, enterprise, and infrastructure development in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Prior to joining CEIDI, Dr. Emerem was the Interim Chairman and Director of Strategic Planning and a consultant to MEDPILLARS as well as part of its initial concept funding. Founded in Davidson, North Carolina USA in 2000, this company has since moved to Nigeria and it aims to provide Nigerian citizens with affordable and easier electronic access to healthcare in their country. Dr. Emerem’s vision and support made it possible for various milestones to be achieved in the project. As a seasoned MBA of a top-notch American University and with over 30 years of management experience, Dr. Emerem (Mr. O. J.) brings to the table a wide range of knowledge and experience in organization, management, and finance. Dr. Emerem is currently the Chief Executive of a Healthcare Agency in Charlotte, North Carolina USA. He also serves on CEIDI’s Board of Directors.

Board Member

Dr. Mbuyi is a board-certified rheumatologist and internal medicine physician. Her extensive training includes a residency in internal medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine’s Roger Williams Medical Center and a fellowship in rheumatology at Brown University. Dr. Mbuyi is an expert in diagnosing and monitoring rheumatology  patients using ultrasound, having completed the highly competitive Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists course. She is certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound by the American College of Rheumatology. Currently, she works in Washington DC as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at George Washington University. She is a skilled clinician, an educator, and she has held various leadership roles. She possesses strong analytical and research skills having authored and co-authored several medical publications. Her research has gained local, national, and international recognition. She has presented her work at scientific conferences and she has earned several professional awards.

Mr. Jean Louis Lofete holds an Engineering degree in Radio Transmissions and Telecommunications from the Institut Supérieur des Techniques Appliquées (I.S.T.A.) in Kinshasa, DR Congo. He is also trained in different sales techniques and has held positions within the WHO Code of Marketing Best Practices of the Breast Milk Institute and FIFO. Mr. Lofete specializes in trade logistics, animal husbandry, product and service implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Mr. Lofete has also worked in various distribution departments for FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) as Field Sales Manager of Nestlé Lubumbashi in DR Congo, and Sales Officer Manager of Lifan Moto Congo. He is also the founder of his family company Calebasse Congo which specializes in Agriculture and Livestock. 

Deputy  Managing Director and Board Member

Ms. Mahele M. (Muriel) Tshita brings over 16 years of real estate experience in a wide range of project types. She left her lab chemist career after gaining interest in real estate when she took an assignment for a real estate developer. 

She began a new career as an assistant Development manager for the development of mixed-use and mixed-income multifamily rental and for-sale properties. In 2015, she branched out into real estate investment and founded Jodashi Investment Group focusing on purchasing and selling real estate in the DC Metropolitan Area. She is also the managing principal of Mahele Team International Real Estate LLC. 

In addition to real estate, Muriel enjoys marriage coaching and family counseling with her husband. Muriel holds a BS in chemistry from Paul Lambin, an MS in Biochemistry from George Mason University, and a BS with a concentration in finance and accounting from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Ensure quality income streams for third party institutional investors as our subsidiaries. Provide institutional investors all necessary services relating to this portion of their portfolios. Promoting and coordinating partner 

Congo Enterprise & Infrastructure Development Inc. (CEIDI)  is a Texas-based Corporation founded in 2020. CEIDI aims to be a promoter and a catalyst for real estate acquisition & planning, enterprise, and infrastructure development in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). As part of this mission, CEIDI hopes to provide a platform to facilitate involvement of Congolese diaspora youth in real estate acquisition, enterprise, and infrastructure development projects in the DRC. CEIDI has partnered with REA IMMO to start its maiden project, a village beside the Congo River called “Maluku Preserve" which is being conceptualized from the ground up. CEIDI is coordinating and promoting ''Maluku Preserve", a self-sustaining, mutually exclusive village, to be planned based on international cutting-edge standards.
