Real estate training program
REA IMMO is launching the first ever training program for real estate agents in the DR Congo. Our ten week curriculum is offered four times a year, it is based on North American standards and it is adapted to the DR Congo’s real estate market. Our comprehensive modules cover a variety of topics including real estate contracting, taxation, quality of service, real estate principles, ethics, obligations, and brokerage relationships. Our courses will be taught online and onsite (in Kinshasa, DR Congo). In addition to the training modules, trainees will be required to complete three real estate transactions on the ground in the DR Congo as a graduation and certification requirement.
